Join us for a Community Conversation on Education: The Future of K-12 Education
Michigan Radio is partnering with the non-profit Center for Michigan to present a series of Community Conversations on Education. The goal is to gather and amplify the voices of Michigan citizens to make sure that policies in Lansing reflect the views of Michigan people.
Come share your views on how to improve K – 12th grade education in the state of Michigan. What’s working in your community? What needs reform? What ideas can you bring to the table? We’re especially interested in hearing from the CUSTOMERS of our education system: students, parents and families, and employers.
The following Community Conversation events are currently scheduled:
Saturday, Aug. 4, 10:00 a.m. - Detroit
The Children's Center of Wayne County
