Detroit News business columnist DanielHowes thinks that comeback narrative has hit a great big pothole after the monster defeat of Proposal 1.
"I think one of the things we're seeing with this governor, the flip side of his willingness to be positive and work with people, is he's not feared as a political leader," said Howes.
