City of Pontiac’s Juneteenth Freedom Day Festival is back in full swing! In partnership with Trinity Health and United Wholesale Mortgage, the entire community is coming together to convene various community activities with local vendors and residents for an “independence” day celebration.

Freedom Day Festival activities will be held near Saginaw Street and will include music, a kid’s zone with a variety of youth activities, and food and beverages. The vibrant activities will begin with a parade to kick off this important time stamp in history and proceed with a fireworks display later in the evening. The family-oriented event is something residents look forward to as the City of Pontiac continues its efforts creating recreational and vibrant activities for the City.
