Nichole Cramer is Michigan Radio's Business Systems Analyst supporting the station's development efforts.

She's worked in the non-profit sector since 2016, and is helping Michigan Radio better utilize their data and refine their systems to ease staff workload, enrich the donor experience, and ultimately support their important mission.
