New Detroit Inc., the nation’s first racial justice coalition that works toward racial equity and dismantling systemic racism, is accepting early registration for its national racial justice conference “Just Lead Advancing Racial Equity” taking place October 19 and 20, 2023 at the Detroit Marriott.

This national racial justice conference aims to address systemic racism and promote racial equity. The event features Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Nikole Hannah-Jones as the keynote speaker, interviewed by Pulitzer Prize winner Rochelle Riley. The conference will include discussions, panels, workshops, and plenaries on topics like corporate DEI pledges, the business case for DEI and racial equity, historic roots of systemic racism, and more.
