The 6th annual Victorious Life Family Conference will take place Wednesday, August 23 at Victorious Believers Ministries in Saginaw. This year’s theme "Incredible Families”, is designed to encourage families throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region to identify and embrace their strengths, while introducing them to resources that will empower them to achieve their spiritual, financial, relational, physical, and/or emotional goals. Wednesday is “Incredile FamilyThe five-day event includes a wellness session for seniors (ages 55 and up), mental health and communication workshops for families, literacy and restorative justice workshops for children and youth, motivational speakers, and a free outdoor movie showing of “The Incredibles”. In addition, free school supplies will be given away to 500 students in grades K-12 during the 15th annual Back to School Rally on Saturday, August 26 from 12-4pm. This year’s rally will also include a mobile gaming truck, Hot-Shot Basketball, a dunk tank, an exotic animal exhibit, obstacle courses, inflatables, games, music, story time and local vendors. Special conference guests include Stellar Award Nominated Gospel Artist, Josh Copeland, Baltimore, MD, Apostle Tonya Roberson, Detroit, MI, and Master Hilton Rawls III, Philadelphia, PA. Registration for the conference is free and includes a gift bag and free meal tickets for the first 100 registrants.
The pre-conference kick-off event will take place on Sunday, August 20 at 6pm featuring the trending Gospel play “Saints on the Plane” produced and directed by Christian comedian and owner of Good Medicine Entertainment, Tirrell McCoy.
