Compromise Sought on N. Korean Nuclear Plan

South Korea is sending to envoys to Washington as part of its effort to find a diplomatic solution to the nuclear standoff between the United States and North Korea. Meanwhile, a senior South Korean official is in Moscow for talks about the situation. NPR's Eric Weiner reports.
