Mike brings his decades-long cheese and deli expertise and pairs it with his love for music in this exclusive tasting he calls Cheese in Concert. Expect to hear stories behind the cheese, tips for pairing like a pro, and the occasional cheddar joke — all served with a side of friendship and flair.

Your tasting takes place in front of the historic Geyer Brewery Bar, a 163-year-old gem from 1862 — lovingly preserved and now installed inside the Frankenmuth Cheese Haus.
This stunning artifact is only visible during this event, and it’s worth the visit alone.
