LAFCU is now accepting submissions for the 2025 Write to Educate Essay Contest, which will award $20,000 in scholarships to four high school seniors and donate $2,000 to local charities. Each winner will receive a $5,000 scholarship to a Michigan college or university and select a charity to receive a $500 donation from LAFCU.

The contest is open to all Michigan high school students, regardless of academic performance, financial need, or LAFCU membership, with winners selected based solely on their one-page essay submissions.
