Join Co.act Detroit for a free, drop-in wellness retreat designed for nonprofit professionals and community leaders. Part of our Nonprofit Wellbeing Series, this one-day gathering offers space to pause, recharge, and connect through mindful activities focused on self and community care.
Start the day with restorative yoga and meditation, then explore a variety of wellness offerings including chair massages, coaching sessions, and self-guided activities. In the afternoon, participate in Circles of Care, a hands-on creative workshop exploring care and community through writing and collage.
