Michigan Votes: Voices. Facts. Accountability.

During this election year, Michigan Public will elevate the concerns and opinions of voters, verify everything, and measure campaign promises against real-world impact.

The primary election will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

Voters have until Nov. 3 to cast their ballots for this fall's midterm election.

This year, everything is up for grabs (governor, attorney general, secretary of state, various congressional seats). There's even a question on your ballot about convening a Constitutional Convention (otherwise known as a Con-Con).

Here's some of our coverage for this election year.
