Political Roundup: Collective bargaining, Proposals 2 & 4

Michigan voters face six questions on November’s ballot. And those questions can be very confusing. Today, we look at two proposals that focus on collective bargaining. Proposal 2 would protect collective bargaining in the state constitution, and Proposal 4 would reinstate collective bargaining for in-home health care workers. Jennifer White gets a peek at the politics behind these questions with Susan Demas, Political Analyst for Michigan Information and Research Service, and Bill Ballenger, Editor of Inside Michigan Politics.
