U.S. Rep. Bill Huizenga defeats Joseph Alfonso in Michigan's 4th District race

Republican Bill Huizenga won re-election to U.S. House in Michigan's 4th Congressional District.

He has been in Congress since 2011.

The Associated Press reports Huizenga beat Democratic challenger Joseph Alfonso.
