What is quintessentially fall? We asked — you answered

Katie Raymond / Michigan Radio
The final fall bracket, in all its glory.

Though it’s still *technically* still fall until December 21, our fall bracket has come to close. There are many things that feel so quintessentially autumn, so we asked our listeners to vote on their favorite fall essentials. And boy did you guys answer.

Our bracket consisted of all things fall, including: turtlenecks, cardigans, Thanksgiving, Halloween, chili, soup, candles, bonfires, apple cider, pumpkin spice lattes, apple picking, pumpkin carving, corn mazes, hayrides, college football, the NFL.

There were many close moments.

However, what remained constant, was a circle of pie —symbolic of Thanksgiving.

The winner of this years fall bracket won at a (semi) wopping 76%.

What would fall be without Thanksgiving you might ask? We don't think any of us would want to know. It's essential.
