Community Movie Night: Frog Fathers

Community Movie Night: Frog Fathers

FROG FATHERS is a 2024 documentary about four Navy SEAL veterans who visit the site of the bloodiest day in U.S. Naval Special Warfare history, June 6, 1944. The veterans pay their respects to the fallen and try to understand the events of that day, as well as how the sacrifices made there affect their lives and legacy.
The documentary was produced by World of Warships and FORCE BLUE and directed by Bob Whitney.

We are excited to share this film with the community as part of a free MOVIE NIGHT on Saturday, September 21st. The film will play in the theater of the Great Lakes Maritime Heritage Center beginning at 6pm.
Force Blue is doing a "tour of duty" in Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary in September to help with the freshwater acidification project, monitoring shipwrecks, marine debris, and more. They are also hosting a lecture on Wednesday, September 18th at 6pm entitled "Creation, Collaboration, and Communication in a Hyper-Partisan Political World." This is also a free, community event.
We hope you can join us for these special events!
