Brand-new ballets hit the stage to bring tales of warmth, love, and the passion that keeps us all invigorated throughout the long winter months. This year, the acclaimed choreographer and founder of Artesan Dance Company, Summer Odell Ovies, creates an eight-part masterwork on the Deos Ballet dancers for act ii of the performance. Exploring the complexities of group behaviors, the 'rat race,' and relationships of all kinds, the work brings the raw human hunger for belonging to the stage in a gripping new way.
