The Preservation of Jazz proudly presents “No Ordinary Love: A Tribute to Sade,” a breathtaking evening dedicated to the timeless elegance and unmistakable sound of the legendary Sade Adu. This special tribute features the stunning debut of vocalist Joy Young, marking the official launch of her new solo career in Detroit.

With her velvet tone, soulful calm, and magnetic presence, Joy Young delivers the spirit of Sade with both reverence and originality. Audiences can expect the emotional depth and smooth sophistication of classics such as “No Ordinary Love” and “Smooth Operator,” performed with fresh artistry and heartfelt homage.
