Join us for a special Full Moon Gong Immersion held under the Snow Moon — a time traditionally associated with stillness, reflection, and deep restoration.

This extended sound experience uses gongs, singing bowls, and other resonant instruments to create sustained waves of vibration that support nervous system regulation, mental quiet, and embodied rest.

Participants rest comfortably throughout the immersion. Raised, cushioned cots, blankets, pillows, bolsters, and eye shades are provided. No prior experience is necessary.

Following the immersion, we’ll gather briefly for tea and light snacks before returning to the evening.
