The Southwest Detroit Business Association (SDBA) will host its annual Community Investment Breakfast from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 9. This year’s event will be a Virtual Recognition Celebration broadcast LIVE from the MotorCity Casino Hotel’s Sound Board. The SDBA’s Community Investment Breakfast is presented by MotorCity Casino Hotel and will feature FOX 2 Detroit’s Huel Perkins as master of ceremonies. Each year, the networking event attracts more than 300 community and government leaders, entrepreneurs and residents to celebrate the positive contributions made by the SDBA. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s Community Investment Breakfast will be broadcast on Zoom and will be FREE for all participants. Advanced registration is required. The event will feature guest speakers, videos and an awards ceremony to honor local business and community leaders who help make Southwest Detroit the vibrant, growing community that it is today.
