The Omena Village Preservation Association (OVPA) invites you to join other garden lovers at the marvelous Omena Garden Walk 2022! Come visit our charming village of Omena, located amidst the spectacular woods, cherry orchards, farmlands, and sparkling waters of Leelanau County on the “pinky” of Michigan. In 2017, Omena was designated as a Historic District and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places by the U.S. Department of the interior. Among those buildings so designated, two properties are owned by OVPA: the Omena Post Office and the historic Anderson House. OVPA honors the history and value of these buildings as we strive to keep them in good condition. Established in 2002, OVPA is celebrating its 20th Anniversary this summer with this incredible Omena Garden Walk 2022. Tour eight (8) unique Omena gardens which include the private gardens of Omena residents.
