Training Series Description:As a supervisor, you may find yourself in challenging situations which place the solution at the supervisor's discretion. When it comes to managing an employee with chronic workplace behavioral concerns, it can be of even higher importance that a message of support and acceptance is communicated to the employee while maintaining a sense of workplace vigilance amongst the employee and their team members. During this closing session of the Workplace Violence Prevention Training series, participants will learn how to make equitable decisions that can benefit teams with employees with chronic workplace behavioral concerns to prevent unnecessary violence.
The Workplace Violence Prevention Training Series will take place on Thursday each week starting December 8, 2022, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
