Michigan Radio’s daily talk show, Stateside, hosted by Cynthia Canty, will travel to Dearborn this Thursday, May 2nd for a special live show from 7:00 - 8:30 PM. Listeners are invited to be part of the live audience show from the Arab American National Museum. Guests will get a behind-the-scenes view of the show as Cynthia interviews newsmakers and other special guests, and also enjoy entertainment by a live band. Segments from the live show will be broadcast during future Stateside programs in the upcoming weeks.
Among the planned guests for the show: new UM-Dearborn chancellor, Domenico Grasso; Dearborn-native and comedian Abdallah Jasim; and Cynthia will have a conversation with the Friends of the Rouge conservation group about cleaning up one of the country's most polluted waterways. The broadcast will also feature a live musical performance by Aim High School’s Aim High Flyers from Farmington.
