“We weren’t sure what Farrand Hall was going to become when we first purchased it,” says co-owner Jacob Hagan, “but working in the garden and restoring this beautiful property we knew we wanted to share it with as many people as possible.”
Less than three hours from Chicago, Farrand Hall regularly hosts ticketed dinners of up to 80 guests featuring renowned and James Beard nominated chefs from all over the country. Garden Week is an opportunity to open up the property to a wider audience while celebrating the hard work that their team has put in over the years to bring the grounds and gardens to life.
During the guided tours Head Gardener Amy Frost and owner Jacob Hagan will take guests around the entire estate and talk about how the design of the gardens have evolved and grown over the last 7 years.
